The Jacobs Brothers Discuss the War: A Play in the West Barn

  • Jacobs Farmhouse and Homestead 4 Jacobs Lane Norwell, MA, 02061 United States (map)

It is the summer of 1776 and James Jacob, who lives in the Jacobs Farmhouse with his wife Deborah, has returned from fighting with the Scituate militia. Join him in his barn as he tends to the animals (including a cow!). James will discuss the Revolutionary War with his brother Joshua (who lives down the street and has just completed his service with Col. Bailey's Regiment) and his brother John (who lives in Assinippi, also served with Col. Bailey's Regiment, and is currently on a short leave as a Colonel in the Continental Army).

This 25-minute original play is free, but seating will be limited.
